DFUNLIFE Intelligence is published by ENQUAL LLC, Penfield, New York ("we"). In short: your health data stays on your iPhone. We don't collect it, we don't see it, and we don't sell or share it.
What the app reads
With your permission, the app reads data you already keep in Apple Health:
You choose which types to allow, and you can change this at any time in the Health app or in iPhone Settings › Health › Data Access & Devices. The app never writes to Apple Health or to MyFitnessPal.
The app also keeps what you enter yourself: your plan, workouts you log, notes, food notes, saved food combinations and files you choose to import (such as a MyFitnessPal printable diary or a note).
Where your data is kept
Everything the app reads or stores stays on your iPhone. The app has no account, no sign-in, no advertising and no analytics. We don't run servers that receive your data. Apple Health data is never used for advertising or sold to anyone.
The app's data is included in your iPhone backup (iCloud or computer), which Apple protects and you control. On your iPhone, the app's files are encrypted while your phone is locked.
Consumer health data
We do not collect, share or sell consumer health data. Health information the app reads stays on your iPhone and is never sent to us.
The one exception: barcode lookup (off by default)
If you turn on barcode lookup in Settings, scanning a barcode sends only that barcode number to Open Food Facts, a public food database, to fetch the product's nutrition facts. Nothing else is sent: no health data, no name and no account. Open Food Facts has its own privacy policy. You can turn barcode lookup off at any time.
Camera and photos
If you allow it, the camera is used to scan barcodes and photograph food labels. Those photos stay on your iPhone. The app saves an image to your Photos only when you tap Save Image, and it never reads your photo library.
Export and sharing
The app shares nothing on its own. If you choose to export your data or share a day's summary, the app creates the file and you decide where it goes. After that, the app you send it to or the person you share it with controls it.
Your choices
We don't keep any of your data, so there is nothing for us to access, correct or delete on our side. You can change the app's Apple Health access at any time, and deleting the app removes everything it stored.
Deleting your data
Deleting the app removes everything it stored on your iPhone. Your Apple Health data stays in Apple Health, where you control it.
Children
The app is for adults 18 and older and isn't directed to children. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone, including children.
Not medical advice
The app is a general wellness tool. It doesn't diagnose, treat or manage any disease. Talk to your doctor about any health concern.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, we'll update this page and its effective date. If a change affects what data leaves your iPhone, the app will tell you before it takes effect.
